We like the look of your food and services, what do we do next?

Please do not hesitate to telephone or email us to arrange an appointment so that we may discuss menu options and your ideas for your day in more detail. Bookings can then be confirmed and your date secured by completing a booking form and providing a deposit of £5 per head.

Do you do marquee catering?

We are able to cater in marquees, tipis and other outside structures, and our requirements for the same are detailed separately. Please note that a site visit is usually required before a booking can be confirmed. Additional costs may apply for catering equipment in marquees/tipis or venues which require a satellite kitchen.

What do your staff wear?

Our staff wear smart black uniforms with a company apron. We pride ourselves on our staff being highly trained, and we never use staff from agencies or external companies.

What crockery & cutlery is used?

As standard we use white round crockery and quality stainless steel cutlery, but if required we can source a range of tableware options of different shapes, sizes, types and colours. Please speak to us for more details.

Can you offer a choice of menu?

We are able to offer a choice of menu, this carries a surcharge of £4.00 per person. Furthermore we require that we are provided with a table plan detailing these choices 14 days prior to your event, and also that each place setting has a name card with each guest’s choice.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements and allergies?

We can accommodate most allergies and dietary requirements. These must be communicated in writing prior to your event. We will always attempt to adapt dishes according to specific dietary needs, but if we feel that this will compromise the quality, we will suggest an alternative dish. Our kitchens are not completely nut-free and therefore do not offer any guarantee that the food we prepare will not contain traces of nuts.

Is the service of drinks included?

Drinks service and glass hire is not included as standard in our prices. Please speak to us for more details.

Do you charge for travelling?

Dependant on the location of your event, a surcharge to cover travelling costs may be made, but this will be confirmed in your quote.

Do you accept card payments?

Unfortunately we do not currently take card payments, but payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
